President, Casuals Etcetera, Inc.

As President of Etcetera (Casuals Etcetera, Inc.), Mary Alice Heape oversees the growth strategy for the company’s brand throughout the United States. She manages a team of Regional Managers and Area Development Managers who, in turn, grow their territories through wardrobe consultants who serve as ambassadors for the Etcetera line with their network of clients.

Mary Alice knows the direct sales fashion business inside and out and truly has her finger on the pulse of what clients want and how to recruit the best managers and consultants to give it to them.

Prior to becoming President in 2004, Mary Alice excelled and was swiftly promoted in multiple sales and management roles for Carlisle and Etcetera. She began her career with The Connaught Group in 1989 and has served with distinction as Sales Consultant, District Manager and Regional Manager. She employs the wealth of experience she’s amassed on what clients want on a daily basis in her current role as President.

Mary Alice graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations.
